All in stock items are posted on the Tuesday or Friday following your order day. Custom orders could take up to 4 weeks. If something is urgent just let me know, and I will do my utmost to be speedy.
Orders are dispatched with Royal Mail’s 48 hour service.
Should you be unhappy with your in stock purchase I am happy to accept returns in line with my terms and conditions. Custom orders are not eligable for return unless there is an unlikely fault with the item, in which case please contact me and a refund will be available.
To arrange a return, please use my contact form. The customer is responsible for paying the return postage. If an exchange is arranged, then the customer will pay the return postage, and I will cover the cost of sending the exchange item which I will do once the returned item has been received.
