This tie dye starter kit has everything you will need to try tie dyeing at home!

The ‘primary’ option has 3 squeezy bottles loaded with the correct amount of dye and fixing agent (soda ash).  The dyes included will be the primary colours – red, yellow and turquoise meaning you can mix other shades yourself, however additional colours are available to buy. There are also full tie dyeing instructions, two pairs of vinyl gloves, and some rubber bands.

The ‘rainbow’ option had 6 squeezy bottles loaded with the correct amount of dye and fixing agent (soda ash). The dyes included will be red, orange, yellow, green, turquoise and purple. There are also full tie dyeing instructions, four pairs of vinyl gloves and some rubber bands.

The only thing to add yourself are some cotton clothes or fabric, so you can pimp up something you already own, or I stock a range of plain white garments ready for dyeing on the website.

Please be aware that fibre reactive dyes will not work at all on synthetics such as 100% polyester and will only dye protein fibres such as wool and silk to pale shades.

The dye included in the ‘primary’ option will be enough to dye 3-4 adult size t-shirts, and the ‘rainbow’ option will have enough dye for 7-8 adult size t-shirts.
